Business development Executive

We are looking "Business development Executive" + 2 years experience in IT training domain.

Job responsibilities
-Responsible about market research to explore new opportunities.
-Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
-Responsible for all operation required to start new training programs
-Building business relationships with current and potential clients
-Developing customized targeted sales strategies
-Coordinating business generation activities
-Responding to client requests for proposals
-Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
-Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
-Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
-Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
-Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
-Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
-Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, trade shows, etc.
-Closing sales and working with client through closing

Job Requirements


-Experience is must in IT training business.
-Females ONLY.
-Knowledge of the sales/marketing techniques
-Comprehensive computer skills ( office ) Photoshop or editing programs is an advantage to help to prepare offers and proposals
-Superior communication skills
-Self-motivated, self-initiative
-Good level of English language
Salary:Competitive salary + Commission
Working days: 5 days & 2 days OFF
