Business Analyst/ Project Manager - German Enterprise Projects
About the Project
• Currently our .Net team is developing and supporting enterprise web
applications that calculate taxes and prepare financial statements.
Tasks / Challenges:
• Management of multiple concurrent projects:
◦ Supporting other Product Owners with time and resource planning/management
◦ Managing and communicating timelines, project plans
◦ Managing and tracking available budget/resources
◦ Managing external developers/team members
◦ Project size: typical scrum team of 2 - 9 members
Business analysis and product ownership:
◦ Working as a Product Owner in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
representing the client as a Proxy Product Owner to the scrum team
◦
Communicating with clients to analyze Business Requirements within
their software development projects and maintaining the product backlog
◦ Analyzing requirements, creating mockups, and coordinating them with clients
◦ Writing and supporting technical specifications
Job Requirements:
• 5+ years in IT business analysis or project management
• Experience in managing and tracking project’s resources
• Experience with writing technical and process documentation
• Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and specifying requirements
• Experience in business, systems, and engineering process modeling
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and processes
• Good understanding of agile including scrum methodology
• Understanding main trends in UI/UX for modern web-applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in German and English
Will be an Advantage:
• Hands-on experience in software development
• Basic knowledge of Architecture of Web-applications
• Experience with MS Project
