Looking for an Area Manager - Must have a prior minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Area/Cluster Manager in any ladies footwear brands.
Organize and oversee the operations of assigned stores, responsible for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising shop managers, and ensure that the stores will at least meet the targets of business development and efficiency. Assist in leading the Sales team to set individual objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate sales staff. Develop sales policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent application and ease of sales operations.
