We are looking for a HEAD of FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, to be based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

The ideal candidate should be a Bachelors’ Degree holder in Engineering/Building Maintenance/Facilities Management or related discipline having minimum 15 years’ experience with a leading organization in the FM industry in UAE/GCC. 

Must be capable of handling both Operational Requirements and Business Development of a typical commercial FM services company in the region. Should have sound knowledge of international best practices in facilities management. 

Experience in setting-up & developing a FM Services company in the region, able to demonstrate leadership in FM industry & projects and Bilingual (English & Arabic) skills will be an advantage.
