 We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for both white and blue-collar positions

- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods and tools

- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate evaluations, and reference checks

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both white and blue-collar positions

- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions for both white and blue-collar positions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR

- Strong understanding of HR principles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience in the real estate development industry.

- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various real estate positions, such as project managers, architects, engineers, etc.

- Strong understanding of real estate development terminology, roles, and functions.
